Customer Satisfaction Survey Due to our commitment to our customers and satisfying our ISO 9001 certification, Stancold Plc have been conducting customer satisfaction surveys in order to understand customers' opinions of our service and help us to identify areas for possible improvement.
The survey includes a comprehensive evaluation of our service from initial customer contact through to project completion including areas such as initial contact, sales service and the installation quality.
