Teams To Be Nvq Qualified
A new initiative by Contracts Director, Robert White, will give Stancold operatives better knowledge of Health and Safety and improve
their skill levels. These new procedures will help maintain the high standards customers have come to expect.
 As part of this new
quality drive Stancold is introducing IACSC NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification
Scheme) training for all installation teams. Both courses are a mixture of training onsite and in the classroom. Main contractors will
refuse entry to sites for personnel who do not hold the necessary CSCS card. This is an industry recognised card that is needed to gain
entry to main contractors construction sites throughout the UK and proves that employees are tested to the minimum requirements in
health and safety.
