Background

Stancold were appointed to build a new bakery and fit out the production facility for an award-winning family-run bakery in Somerset.

Requirement

To design and install a walk-in freezer and chiller store, hygienic storage and production areas, changing rooms and stairwell over 2 levels in a newly built bakery.

Solution

Working closely with the customer to develop the preferred layout design accommodating their production needs. Liaising with builders from the initial stages regarding access, machinery, delivery and lifting of products.
