Stancold’s work on site with a repeat customer is now complete, as the team have successfully constructed a yoghurt tank and CIP room for a local dairy.
Having worked with the dairy for over 20 years, across a number of sites in the South West, our strong relationship and dedicated product knowledge has enabled us to always advise the best-suited systems to their needs.
This project required hygienic partitioning to form a new area within the site, suitable for the housing of a yoghurt tank and CIP system. The team installed over 350m² of Kingspan Quadcore food-safe panelling of 60mm and 100mm to construct the room, fixing a personnel door and roller shutter door for access.
An important consideration across the working dairy sites is their live environment. This, alongside co-ordination of other trades and installations, requires careful planning to ensure minimal disruption while completing the project as efficiently as possible. The works were installed in two phases to allow for the large yoghurt tanks to be lifted into the newly formed areas, before our team returned to complete the ceiling area.
This was an intricate project, where working around our client’s new equipment meant a scaffold tower was needed to finish the install. It was another successful job for the Stancold team and we look forward to working on site again soon.
