Sub-dividing walls are suitable for redesigning existing workspaces or creating new areas within factories, offices and storage rooms.

Stancold’s sub-dividing walls cover a range of specification requirements, including aesthetic, acoustic and specifically, fire-resistant properties. Insulated to provide effective fire performance, from 30 to 240 minutes of fire resistance, Stancold’s sub-dividing walls are highly certified to meet BS476 part 22, LPS 1208 and LPS 1181. As a result, they prevent the rapid spread of fire within a building.

As leading specialists, Stancold ensure that the highest quality industry products are used to provide sub-dividing walls that meet and often exceed your project requirements; these can span up to 11.5 metres vertically and 25 metres horizontally.


Further fire-protection solutions are also available, ranging from fire batt, wall penetration seals, steel encasements and fire boarding, intumescent painting and flame spread details.
